You will be responsible for patrolling the premises, managing access control, preventing potential threats, and responding quickly to incidents including theft, fire hazards, or public disturbances. This role requires coordination with the shift leader and other departments, adherence to handover protocols, and professional conduct in all interactions. The ideal candidate should have at least a high school diploma and 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality security. A solid understanding of fire safety and workplace safety regulations is essential. Physical fitness, calm under pressure, and integrity are must-haves, along with the ability to work in challenging weather conditions.
