Jiva Hoa Lu Retreat, a premium resort under Anh Nguyen LLC, is seeking a results-driven and professional Sales Executive to lead sales activities for meeting and event products, boosting revenue and enhancing the resort’s competitive edge. This position is based at our Hanoi office, and involves identifying and converting new leads, maintaining existing accounts, conducting sales calls and presentations, developing attractive sales packages, and coordinating closely with related departments to deliver seamless group and event experiences. You will be responsible for key northern markets including Domestic Travel Agents, Event Agencies, Banks, and Government Departments, as well as generating MICE, weddings, and banquets. Candidates must regularly report performance, update contracts, and contribute to market insights. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business, Tourism, or Economics, has at least 3 years of experience in a similar position at a 4-5 star hotel, communicates effectively in English, demonstrates integrity and autonomy, and thrives in a performance-oriented environment.
