Jiva Hoa Lu Retreat, a high-end resort of Anh Nguyen LLC, is seeking professional and attentive F&B Waiters/Waitresses to deliver exceptional dining experiences. The role includes setting up clean and tidy tables before guest arrival, welcoming and escorting guests to their seats, presenting menus, taking accurate orders, serving meals, answering food-related questions, upselling restaurant and hotel services, and handling payments according to company procedures. Staff are expected to check on guests in their area every 5 minutes, clear tables promptly, and reset for the next guests. The position also involves room service and event service as assigned. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma, at least 6 months of F&B experience, strong communication skills, and functional English for customer interaction.
