Jiva Hoa Lu Retreat, a luxury resort under Anh Nguyen LLC, is looking for a Guest Relation – a refined, professional and enthusiastic individual to ensure every guest stay is personalized and memorable. You will be the first point of contact to welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, handle in-stay requests, care for VIPs, record personal preferences and pay close attention to important occasions such as birthdays. This position also involves coordinating with other departments to organize events, arrange tours, collect feedback, and enhance the resort’s brand image. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, strong English communication skills, flexible problem-solving ability, a passion for hospitality, and a readiness to work under pressure.
