Purchasing Staff

Jiva Hoa Lư Retreat – a luxury resort under Anh Nguyen LLC – is seeking a Purchasing Staff member. Main duties include preparing quotations and monthly market lists; receiving purchase requests (PR) from departments; sourcing and contacting suppliers; placing regular and ad-hoc orders; receiving, recording, and managing stock in/out according to approved PO/PR. The role also involves receiving and checking goods, reconciling payments, handling supplier contracts and payment documentation, and performing other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements: Good health, agility, honesty, and responsibility; proficient in Word, Excel, and purchasing software; good communication and a friendly attitude; purchasing experience is preferred.
