General Accountant

Jiva Hoa Lư Retreat – a luxury resort under Anh Nguyen LLC – is seeking a General Accountant. Main responsibilities include supervising daily accounting operations: checking revenue, recording bank transactions, receivables, and invoices; preparing reports on cash flow, receivables, expenses, inventory, cost of goods issued, Open dish costing, laundry, promotions, no-show/cancellation, etc. Responsible for printing, filing accounting records, and submitting tax declarations and financial statements in accordance with regulations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
Requirements: College or university degree in Accounting/Auditing; at least 2 years of experience as Chief Accountant/Financial Controller in the hospitality industry; proficient in accounting software and SMILE hotel management system.
