Responsibilities include washing and portioning ingredients, preparing tools and equipment, assisting chefs during cooking and plating, making sauces, cleaning the kitchen and tools, checking freezer temperatures, and storing food samples. The role also involves supporting monthly inventory and reporting to kitchen supervisors on daily tasks. A successful candidate should be detail-oriented, follow food safety and hygiene regulations (including proper uniform, gloves, and aprons), and be eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This position offers valuable hands-on experience for those pursuing a long-term culinary career.
