Jiva Hoa Lu Retreat, a luxury resort under Anh Nguyen LLC, is looking for a diligent and trustworthy Housekeeping Attendant to uphold cleanliness and guest comfort standards throughout the resort. You will be responsible for room cleaning, linen replacement, replenishing amenities, checking minibars, and ensuring all equipment functions properly while respecting guest privacy. Additionally, you will report maintenance issues, handle lost-and-found items, and follow operational checklists to deliver a spotless and welcoming environment. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in hotel housekeeping, a clear understanding of standard procedures, and basic English or Chinese communication skills. Attention to detail, team spirit, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
