Jiva Hoa Lu Retreat, a high-end resort under Anh Nguyen LLC, is looking for an experienced and service-oriented F&B Captain to lead and coordinate the restaurant service team during each shift. The ideal candidate will not only perform standard service duties but also supervise waitstaff, assign tasks, ensure proper table setup, monitor service quality, support team members when needed, and coordinate with other departments during events and special functions. The F&B Captain is also responsible for motivating the team to maintain consistent service standards, friendly attitudes, and professional conduct. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in F&B service, including 1 year in a supervisory role, with good communication skills, leadership ability, and working English proficiency.
