Bellman

Jiva Hoa Lư Retreat – a luxury resort under Anh Nguyen LLC – is seeking a Bellman. Main responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests, handling luggage, opening car doors, and guiding guests upon arrival and departure; handling situations tactfully. Coordinate with the Front Office to ensure mail, parcels, and luggage are properly tagged, stored, and delivered. Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and luggage equipment; provide friendly and professional service to guests.
Requirements: Well-groomed appearance, agility, and professionalism; good communication skills, friendliness, and enthusiasm. Basic English (additional languages are an advantage); good health and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience in hotels/resorts is preferred.
