Jiva Hoa Lu Retreat, a high-end hospitality property under Anh Nguyen LLC, is currently hiring an experienced Chief Accountant to oversee financial operations and ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and internal controls. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, payroll, and team supervision. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required (Master’s or CPA preferred), with a minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory position. Proficiency in accounting software, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical and organizational capabilities are essential. As Chief Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial accuracy and transparency, coordinating with other departments, and supporting the operational and service excellence that defines Jiva’s reputation in the hospitality industry.
