Western Cuisine Cook

Jiva Hoa Lư Retreat, a luxury resort under Anh Nguyễn LLC, is seeking a Western Cuisine Cook.
Responsibilities: Prepare Western dishes according to the menu and resort standards, ensuring taste, quality, and attractive presentation. Follow ingredient storage procedures, maintain food safety and hygiene, and keep the kitchen and equipment clean. Collaborate with colleagues, contribute ideas for dish improvement, and perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader/Executive Chef.
Requirements: Degree or certificate in Culinary Arts preferred; at least 1 year of experience (experience in 4–5 star hotels/resorts is an advantage); proficient in Western cuisine, meticulous, responsible, good teamwork skills, and willing to work shifts and holidays
